Blake joined the family’s tank rental business in 2017 while attending Cal Poly. After earning a B.S. in Agricultural Business in 2020, he played a key role in driving Integrity's rapid growth and innovation. Blake spearheaded the expansion of tank rental operations into multiple states, developed the Integrity MacroBin Inserts, and helped introduce mobile pressing services to the wine industry. His goal is to continue to identify industry challenges and create innovative solutions that improve efficiency for winemakers and farmers alike.

GRANT VANDE HOEF
Grant joined IWC full-time in 2026 after earning his B.S. in Agricultural Systems Management from Cal Poly. Prior to graduating, he spent multiple seasons running a press as part of Integrity’s mobile pressing team. He is excited to utilize the knowledge and experience he gained over the past few harvests as he steps into a sales position at IWC. Most days, you'll find Grant bouncing between wineries with his Labrador puppy "Whiskey" at his side.

2017
As a freshman at Cal Poly SLO, Blake Vande Hoef steps into a sales position at IWC & expands tank rentals across the state
2018
IWC develops the first prototype of the false bottom Integrity Insert

IWC adds custom mobile pressing to its services. The second generation of Integrity Inserts are produced
2023
Grant Vande Hoef joins IWC while studying at Cal Poly SLO. A second pressing operation is added to our services allowing IWC to press 130 tons/night. Integrity expands to Sonoma and Willamette Valley
2026
Integrity becomes the exclusive dealer for Custom Metalcraft TranStore tanks in most of CA, OR, WA, TX & NV.
